Because kits are delivered instantly as a digital download, refunds are limited to the cases below.

Eligible for a refund

Your download link never worked, the file was corrupted or unreadable, or you were charged for the wrong document. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you.

Not eligible for a refund

Change of mind after downloading, the underlying government form being available for free elsewhere (this is disclosed on every document page before you buy), or the government agency rejecting your filing for reasons unrelated to the form itself.
